We especially support women, veterans, their partners and the military. We are not just an educational platform - we are a driver of changes in the field of female empowerment in Ukraine, we create an ethical environment for training military veterans. We organize conferences, creative campaigns, and video projects on YouTube, we cooperate with the European Commission, USAID, Google, META, the Ministry of Education and Culture of Ukraine and other international and national organizations. We are ready for scaling and are looking for a COO who will build operational processes, manage team, finance and fundraising system. This is an opportunity for a C-level leader to implement large-scale projects, overcome operational challenges and make a significant impact on people and the future of the country. Key areas of responsibility and expectations from CSO Strategic planning: development and implementation of operational strategy; cooperation with management to determine key goals and directions of activity. Operational management: managing day-to-day operational activities, ensuring process efficiency; implementation of best practices to optimize operations and increase productivity. Fundraising: development and implementation of fundraising strategies to support the organization's activities; building and maintaining relationships with donors and partners. Financial management: management of the organization's financial resources , including budgeting, financial planning and reporting; ensuring financial stability and transparency of operations. Team management: recruiting talent and onboarding them into work processes; systematic performance evaluation and feedback; maintaining team engagement, development and motivation. Will be a match if you have: successful cases of developing and implementing operational strategies; the ability to optimize processes to increase productivity; experience in creating strategies for attracting funding and working with donors; knowledge in budgeting and ensuring financial stability; experience in team selection, evaluation and motivation.
