This is an opportunity for a C-level leader to implement large-scale projects, overcome operational challenges and make a significant impact on people and the future of the country. Key areas of responsibility and expectations from CSO Strategic planning: development and implementation of operational strategy; cooperation with management to determine key goals and directions of activity. Operational management: managing day-to-day operational activities, ensuring process efficiency; implementation of best practices to optimize operations and increase productivity. Fundraising: development and implementation of fundraising strategies to support the organization's activities; building and maintaining relationships with donors and partners. Financial management: management of the organization's financial resources , including budgeting, financial planning and reporting; ensuring financial stability and transparency of operations. Team management: recruiting talent and onboarding them into work processes; systematic performance evaluation and feedback; maintaining team engagement, development and motivation.
