     Your main tasks include:

1. Coordinating operational activities< /i>: Control over the implementation of the company's strategic plans and their adaptation to changing market conditions.
2. Optimization of processes: Improvement of internal processes aimed at increasing efficiency, reducing costs and increasing productivity.
3. Resource management: Allocation of resources (human, financial, material) to achieve company goals.
4. Control of budget implementation: Responsibility for compliance with budget restrictions and cost control.
5. Development and implementation of policies and procedures: Creation of standards and procedures that regulate the company's work.
6. Team management: Management of heads of departments and divisions, motivation of employees and development of their professional competence.
7. Analysis and reporting: Monitoring of company performance indicators, preparation of reports for senior management and making suggestions for improving results.
8. Risk management: Identifying potential risks in the company's work and developing measures to minimize them.
9. Supporting the growth strategy: Participation in the development of company development strategies, finding new opportunities for business expansion.
10. Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements: Monitoring compliance with legislation and internal company regulations.
