As the Chief Operating Officer at GoDigital, you will be the strategic architect of our operational infrastructure, directly reporting to the CEO. Your role is to enhance operational efficiency and scalability by implementing advanced BPM and automation tools. You will lead the transformation of our processes, leveraging the latest technologies to drive significant growth and operational excellence. Skills and Qualifications:

Strategic Vision: Strong capability in strategic planning and business development, with a focus on scalability and innovation.

• Proven Leadership: Extensive experience in a COO role or a similar leadership position within the tech industry, with a track record of operational success. 5+ years of experience will be a big benefit.
• Business Acumen: Deep understanding of various business functions such as Finance, Marketing, HR etc. with the ability to oversee complex business operations.
• Analytical Skills: Skilled in using performance metrics and data analysis to guide business decisions and improve operational efficiency.
• Communication: Exceptional interpersonal and public speaking skills, adept at building and maintaining relationships at all organisational levels.
• Technical Proficiency: Expertise in automating business processes and in-depth knowledge of BPM tools; proficient in Google Workspace.
• AI Enthusiast and Evangelist: Actively promotes the use of AI within the organisation, championing its potential to transform business processes and drive innovation. Proactively explores the most recent developments and applications in the field.
• Proactive, adaptable team player who maintains confidentiality, embraces challenges, and possesses strong interpersonal skills.
• Language Proficiency: Fluency in English is required, ensuring effective communication across global teams. 
  Proficiency in German is highly valued but not mandatory, enhancing the ability to engage with a broader network and manage operations in German-speaking regions.
  
   

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Planning: Work closely with the CEO and other executives to craft strategic plans that align with the company’s long-term vision.
• Operational Leadership: Direct and oversee the company’s operational functions, ensuring all departments (IT, Marketing, Sales, Finance) achieve their goals efficiently.
• Budget Oversight: Manage the budgeting process, optimising resource allocation across all departments and ensuring financial targets are met.
• Process Optimization: Spearhead the automation of business processes using cutting-edge BPM tools, enhancing workflow efficiency and accuracy.
• Team Leadership: Cultivate a dynamic company culture that promotes diligence and excellence, mentoring senior managers to foster leadership skills and team cohesion.
• Performance Metrics: Utilise advanced data analytics to assess operational performance and implement data-driven improvements.
