Requirements :

• Over 5+ years of experience as a COO in a product company with a strong background in iGaming (gambling).
• Expertise in setting and monitoring KPIs and OKRs.
• Experience with process improvement and agile methodologies.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Proven ability to coordinate effectively across multiple departments.
• Proficiency in operational systems and tools; experience with technology optimization is advantageous.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities :

• Create and implement internal policies and procedures to address and mitigate identified risks.
• Establish effective Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Objectives and Key Results (OKRs), monitor performance, and manage escalations across departments.
• Ensure appropriate policies, systems, and controls are in place for effective operations management.
• Drive improvements in operational processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
• Coordinate activities and communication between Delivery, Product Development, Product Operations, and related teams to ensure seamless integration and alignment.
• Ensure departmental objectives align with overall company goals and drive cross-functional improvements.
• Continuously assess and enhance operational processes for scalability and sustainability.
• Develop and implement agile methodologies that align with the company’s strategic goals and support operational agility.
• Collaborate with the technology team to optimize systems and tools for improved operational efficiency.
• Stay informed about industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation and maintain a competitive edge.
• Ensure full control and continuous improvement of the product growth and development processes.
• Be actively involved in managing all risk-related matters and incidents, ensuring timely and optimized solutions.
• Develop and maintain incident management processes to address and resolve issues effectively.

Work Conditions:

• Vacation: 22 working days per year.
• Sick leave: 5 paid days per year.
