We are entering the stage of business scaling and transformation of processes, therefore we are looking for a strongChief Operating Officer (COO) - operational director-integrator who will become the right hand of the manager and will be able to relieve him of the operational burden, systematize the work of teams and ensure stable growth of the company. The executive operates at the level of high-speed strategic thinking and large-scale decisions, and the COO transforms these ideas into structured processes, clear priorities and controlled real-time execution.
Essential Responsibilities
Building and operating system management
Implementation and control of standards, regulations and control over their implementation.
Transforming chaotic decisions into a single manageable system
Ensuring stable operation of the company without constant manual management.
The role of the manager's right hand
Translation of the manager's strategic ideas into understandable tasks, plans and metrics for teams.
A buffer between the manager and operational teams: prioritization, focus, control of execution.
Ensuring the implementation of decisions in the required time frame.
Management of the teams text-decoration: none"> Coordination of the work of heads of departments and key employeesKiev. Control over the progress of the team, conducting regular operational synchronizations, help in the implementation of plans.
Participation in the transformation of business from classical real estate management to technological and scalable solutions.
Building a system where every process strengthens the efficiency and capitalization of the company.
Automation and implementation AI
Controlling the integration of automation and AI tools into daily processes.
Ensuring practical application of technologies, not formal implementation.
Candidate requirements
Experience in management operational positions (COO, operations director, head of a large division).
Experience in building processes, management systems, regulations and standards.
Ability to work at a high pace, make quick decisions and stay focused.
System thinking, strong analytical skills.
Ability to structure complex ideas and convey them to teams in simple language.
Lack of fear of change and ambitious goals.
Developed emotional intelligence, ability for direct and constructive communication.
