Purpose of the position:
Ensuring smooth, scalable and profitable operational activities of the enterprise — from receiving the order (B2B / e-commerce / government contracts) to the shipment of products and receiving payment by the company.
Main responsibilities:
Management of the operating model:
Building and development of the operating model of the enterprise (order-to-cash).
Description, implementation and optimization of business processes of production, warehouse, logistics and sales.
Clear definition of areas of responsibility between departments.
Identification and elimination of bottlenecks in processes.
Scaling of operations to increase production and sales volumes.
Management of orders and customer flow:
Control of the full order cycle:
planning production;
completion;
shipping;
returns and complaints.
Control of SLA compliance with terms of production and delivery.
Reducing the level of errors, failures based on operational activity.
Warehouse, logistics and production:
Control of warehouse balances of raw materials, materials and finished products.
Organization of reception, storage, movement and shipment.
Minimization of losses, defects, re-sorting and write-offs.
Control of the implementation of the production plan and the structure of production lines.
Optimization of logistics costs and interaction with delivery services.
Finance and economics of operations:
Control of operating costs (production, warehouse, logistics, commissions).
Control of margin in the operating room levels.
Ensuring the implementation of the operating budget.
Participation in financial planning and forecasting.
Team management:
Operational team management: production, warehouse, logistics, back-office.
Formation of the optimal team structure for current and planned volumes.
Setting tasks, KPIs and monitoring their implementation.
Training employees in standards, regulations and processes.
Implementation of job instructions and operational regulations.
IT, systems and automation:
Interaction with the IT department and contractors.
Ensuring stable work:
1C (required); works.
Data correctness control: balances, order statuses, reporting.
Quality and risk control:
Quality control of products, packaging and shipment.
Minimization of operational risks and failures.
Ensuring compliance with internal regulations and customer requirements.
Analytics and reporting:
Formation of regular operational reports for owners and

Candidate requirements:
Experience in the position of operations director / head of operations/ production manager from 3-5 years.
Experience in light industry, manufacturing or e-commerce is a big advantage.
Deep understanding of production, warehouse and logistics processes.
Confident knowledge of 1C (accounting, production, warehouse).
Systems thinking, orientation to results and numbers.
Experience in managing teams and building processes "from scratch".
Ability to work in conditions high workload and responsibility.
