Chief Operating Officer (COO) in JustMarkets Tech

JustMarkets Tech is looking for an experienced Chief Operating Officer (COO) to join our top management team in Cyprus. 

The COO will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the company, including overseeing key functions such as sales, marketing, customer support, risk management, product and HR. The ideal candidate should have a successful track record of leading and scaling high-growth companies, deep knowledge of the fintech industry, and exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities:

• Development, implementation and continuous improvement of operational strategies, processes and systems that support the rapid growth of the company and its long-term success;
• Collaboration with the CEO to establish organizational goals, objectives and key performance indicators (KPIs) and monitoring progress towards these objectives;
• Lead and manage the company's key operational functions, including sales, marketing, customer support, risk management, product, technology and human resources, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives;
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders such as regulators, service providers, partners and customers to enhance the company's reputation and drive business growth;
• Promote a culture of innovation, operational excellence, collaboration and risk-based decision-making;
• Identifying and implementing new market opportunities to drive business expansion, including global growth initiatives;
• Overseeing the planning, execution and implementation of high-performance projects , which contribute to increased operational efficiency, cost savings and improved customer experience;
• Managing company budget, financial performance and resources to optimize profitability and support sustainable growth;
• Building, leading and mentoring teams to ensure effective talent development and employee retention;
• Active participation in strategic planning and decision-making processes.

Requirements:

• Fluency in English and Ukrainian;
• Willingness to relocate to Cyprus;
• Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance or related field;

• 10+ years of progressive experience in the online trading or finance industry, with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership position;
• Successful track record of developing and implementing operational strategies that drive growth, efficiency and competitive advantage business;
• Exceptional leadership, interpersonal and communication skills, ability to build and maintain strong relationships with diverse stakeholders;
• Results oriented, problem solving, strong analytical skills, systems approach;< /li>
• Experience in international business, project management and leading cross-functional teams located in different geographic regions.
