Your main tasks include:

• Coordination of the operating room activity: Control over the implementation of the company's strategic plans and their adaptation to changing market conditions.
• Optimization of processes: Improvement of internal processes aimed at increasing efficiency, reducing costs and increasing productivity.
• Resource management: Allocation of resources (human, financial, material) to achieve company goals.
• Control of budget implementation:
• em> Responsibility for compliance with budget restrictions and cost control.
• Development and implementation of policies and procedures: Creation of standards and procedures that regulate the company's work.
• < em>Management of teams:Management of heads of departments and divisions, motivation of employees and development of their professional competence.
• Analysis and reporting: Monitoring of company performance indicators, preparation of reports for higher management and making suggestions for improving results.
• Risk management:Identifying potential risks in the company's work and developing measures to minimize them.
• Strategy support growth:Participation in the development of company development strategies, finding new opportunities for business expansion.
• Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements: Monitoring compliance with legislation and internal company regulations.
