The work involves: managing the company's daily operational activities, planning, setting tasks and monitoring the results of employees, ensuring stability in internal processes of the company, communication with various departments, heads of divisions, participation in the selection and motivation of employees. For this position, it is important: Experience in managing a team (including those working remotely); Successful experience in the positions of CEO, COO; Experience in building and implementing business processes and systematizing operational activities; The ability to analyze the operational and administrative activities of the company, to identify its weak points; Advanced English (B2-C1); The ability to determine priorities; Excellent communication and leadership qualities; Willingness for business trips.
