Based in the Podillia ecological zone, we grow our own unique varieties of black spelt, barlye and wheat using advanced technologies. Our goal is to process these grains into useful products enriched with fiber, antioxidants, vitamins, and minerals. We collaborated with the Odessa Institute of Breeding and Genetics and the leading Ukrainian academician-geneticist Oleksandr Rybalka to develop new beneficial products for the production of healthy food. Role Description This is a full-time role for a Chief Operating Officer located in Khmelnytskyy. The Chief Operating Officer will be responsible for day-to-day operations management, business planning, financial analysis, budgeting, and strategic decision-making. They will oversee all aspects of the company's operations and ensure the efficient and effective use of resources to achieve organizational goals. This is an on-site role.
