Chief Operating Officer in JustMarkets Tech

We are currently seeking an experienced, strategic, and results-driven Chief Operating Officer (COO) to join our executive leadership team on Cyprus. The COO will be responsible for managing our company’s daily operations, including overseeing key functions such as sales, marketing, customer support, risk management, product, technology, and human resources. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading and scaling high-growth organizations, in-depth knowledge of the online trading and fintech industries, and exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and continuously improve operational strategies, processes, and systems that support the company’s rapid growth and long-term success;
• Collaborate with the CEO to establish organizational goals, objectives, and key performance indicators (KPIs), and monitor progress towards these targets;
• Lead and manage the company’s key operational functions, including sales, marketing, customer support, risk management, product, technology, and human resources, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives;
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, such as regulators, service providers, partners, and clients, to enhance the company’s reputation and drive business growth;
• Foster a culture of innovation, operational excellence, collaboration, and risk-aware decision-making;
• Identify and pursue new market opportunities to fuel business expansion, including global growth initiatives;
• Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of high-impact projects that drive operational efficiencies, cost savings, and improved client experiences;
• Manage the company’s budget, financial performance, and resources to optimize profitability and support sustainable growth;
• Build, lead, and mentor high-performing teams to ensure efficient execution, talent development, and retention;
• Actively contribute to the executive leadership team’s strategic planning and decision-making processes.

Requirements:

• Fluency in English and Ukrainian languages;
• Willingness to relocate to Cyprus;
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field;
• 10+ years of progressive experience in the online trading and financial industries, with a minimum of 5 years in senior management roles;
• Demonstrated success in leading and scaling high-growth organizations;
• Comprehensive understanding of global fmarkets;
• Proven ability to develop and execute operational strategiesthat drive growth, efficiency, and competitive advantage;
• Exceptional leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders;
• Results-oriented mindset, with strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities;
• Experience in international business expansion, project management, and leading cross-functional, geographically distributed teams.

Will be a plus:

• Comprehensive understanding of global financial markets, online trading regulations, fintech ecosystem, and industry best practices;
• MBA or other advanced degree preferred;
