Responsibilities:

— Financial monitoring: Monitoring of financial processes, budget management and cost optimization.
—Technology Stack: Development and implementation of technology initiatives to optimize operational processes and improve productivity.
—Leadership and team management: Managing operational personnel, defining tasks and goals to improve performance.
Expectations for the candidate:
- Experience of 3 years in the financial and technological fields: Knowledge of the financial market and technological innovations that can be applied in the fintech sector .
—Strategic thinking: Ability to develop and implement strategies to achieve business goals.
- Leadership qualities: The ability to effectively manage a team and direct it to achieve common goals.
- Analytical Skills: The ability to analyze data and make informed decisions based on that information.
— Communication Skills: High level of communication and ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders.
Will be a plus:
- Experience in B2B and B2C sales, marketing and IT.
