Position Overview:
The Chief Operating Officer (COO) will be responsible for overseeing the company’s ongoing operations and procedures. As a key member of the executive team, the COO will report directly to the CEO and ensure that the company operates efficiently and effectively as it pursues its goals and objectives.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 7+ years of experience in a senior operational role (preferably in tech industry), understanding sales, marketing and finance processes.
• Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
• Excellent communication and organization skills.
• Proven experience in strategic planning and execution, project management.
• Good decision-making, business acumen and result-orientation.
• Strong attention to detail and multi-tasking skills.
• English B2-C1 (written and spoken).

Will be a plus:

— Experience working on Salesforce.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the CEO and other executive team members to develop and implement the company’s strategic and goals.
• Improving and optimizing current processes in the company.
• Manage daily operations to ensure the company meets its operational and financial goals.
• Managing and coordinating the work of various departments;
• Oversee organizational processes for efficiency and effectiveness, implementing best practices where applicable.
• Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to enhance productivity and operational efficiency.
• Lead, mentor, and manage departmental heads to foster a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.
• Manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports to ensure prudent resource allocation.
• Analyze financial performance and business metrics to identify areas for operational improvement.
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and suppliers, to enhance business collaboration and growth.
