For now we invite you to join our teamOperations Director.

WHAT WILL YOU DO:

• ensure the company's main business process (purchase, delivery, delivery). services)

• management of departments involved in daily operations: logistics, procurement, warehouse, service, IT, production

• implementation and optimization of other company processes: development of standards for processes, decisions regarding resources and personnel, analysis of bottlenecks and improvement planning, monitoring of performance indicators

• company process map management

• support for business scaling and new projects

• operational risk management

WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU:

• at least 5 years of experience in operational management, the last 3 - C-level

• project management skills

• experience in building an operational structure from scratch or scaling it up

• experience working with ERP and BI systems

• understanding of process management methodology, ability to work with processes

• ability to work in a team

• ability to quickly make decisions in a changing environment, initiative
