Chief Operating Officer in SpaceCrew Finance Company

We are looking for a Chief Operating Officer who is interested to create and develop an online lending business in Malaysia.

Chief Operating Officerwill be responsible for managing the online lending business, including:

• Organization and management of the online loan process;

• Contact center management;

• Building the verification process, service center, and telephone sales;< /p>

• Collection process management;

• Achieving financial indicators;

• Credit portfolio management;

• Coordination of marketing activities;

• Search and integration with data providers to create a risk model;

• Managing the local team and coordinating its activities;

• Coordination of the development of a digital solution and automation of the issuing process;

• Analysis of the current local market and study of legislative and accounting standards.

What is required for this role:

• The possibility of relocation outside of Ukraine, and the possibility of working inMalaysia for at least 10 months a year;

• 2 years of experience in a managerial position;

• Experience with Collection, in financial organizations or call center management experience.< /p>

• Willingness to take responsibility for P&L of the project;

• Understanding IT-solutions development processes;

• English not lower than Intermediate;

• Structural approach, sequence, analytical mindset;

• Experience in international projects and management of distributed teams will be a plus.
