Responsibilities:
Conduct a thorough assessment of the current state of the business, including analysis of operational processes, production facilities, supply chainI, financial indicators and market trends
Develop a strategic plan for business development, defining key areas of activity, goals and objectives for short- and long-term periods
li>Optimize the company's organizational structure, ensuring the effective allocation of resources and clear responsibility for achieving goals
Identify opportunities for business growth and expansion
Pay special attention to business development, search for new markets, products and services that will ensure sustainable growth of the company
Focus on increasing operational efficiency and strengthening competitive advantages.
Act as a business partner, working closely with the manager to make strategic decisions regarding the company's development
Initiate and manage projects for the digital transformation of business processes, implementing modern technologies and tools to increase efficiency, optimize costs and improve the quality of customer service
Requirements:
Experience from the 1st year in a managerial position
Experience in building business processes from scratch in the company, setting up operational activities from the initial stage
Experience of implementing and improving business processes in the company
Ability to work with data: analyze, interpret, draw conclusions and generalize
Ability to determine key areas of activity, set clear goals and build a strategy for their achievement
Passion and dedication in creating a quality product/service; focus on long-term cooperation and company development
Creative and non-standard approach to solving difficult situations and challenges in business
Excellent communication skills, ability to clearly present ideas and persuade
Proficiency in English at a conversational level (B1-B2) will be an advantage
