Requirements: Higher or secondary technical education; Work experience: from 3 years (preferably in the field of building operation); Competent Ukrainian oral and written communication; Knowledge of technical standards for maintenance of the facility's engineering infrastructure; Ability to work with technical documentation; Electrical safety group not lower than IV; Communication skills, activity, organization, responsibility, ability to work in a team and present oneself. Willingness to work and study; Willingness to connect remotely on weekends if necessary. Responsibilities: Organization and control of internal business work of the Business Center; Control and maintenance of all systems of the BC building (ventilation, power supply, heating, air conditioning, water supply, elevators), setting tasks and control over their implementation; Control over the operation of the power supply systems of technological and engineering equipment; Organization and control of the maintenance of office and technological premises; Interaction with subcontractors that perform maintenance of the BC; Prevention and elimination of emergency situations; Organization and control of the work of BC personnel (security, cleaning department, technical staff) Interaction with current tenants, work on all issues of operation of the premises (elimination of problems in the rented premises, independently or with the help of special services, control over the proper technical condition of the premises and technical communications in them, processing of intra-household applications of tenants, escorting visits - departures of tenants and acceptance and transfer of premises) Performance of administrative and economic tasks (ordering / control of consumables, stationery, etc.); Preparation of monthly reports on utility costs in the building;
