Responsibilities: Organization and control of the technical operation of 2 real estate objects with a total area of ​​15 600 sq.m. (BTC and warehouse premises). Conclusion of contracts with suppliers of utilities (electricity, water, gas, heat) and operational services, search for contractors (security, cleaning, construction organizations, etc.) for current, capital repairs and other tasks. Control of energy consumption ( electricity, water, gas). Control of payments for utility and operating services by suppliers. Full support of document flow with service providers and subcontractors (transmission of reports on monthly consumption, indicators of accounting units, receipt of invoices and acts, return of acts, etc.). of the object. Interaction with the controlling bodies, support of inspections at the object. Management of the cleaning service of the real estate object, control of compliance with sanitary and hygienic standards at the object. Organization of work on the improvement of the adjacent territory. Selection and management of the personnel of the technical service of the objects .Organization and control of the timely execution of current and capital repair and construction works: quality of execution, compliance with building standards/technical conditions, technology of work execution, consumption of construction materials. renovations, relocation of tenants inside the building. Control of the relevance of permit documentation, support of the process of issuing/extending permit documents. Purchase and control of consumables, household inventory. Performance of other tasks within functional responsibilities. Requirements: Higher education (technical) — MANDATORY .Work experience in a similar position — from 5 years. Experience in managing a technical service of 10 people or more — MANDATORY. Knowledge of construction work technologies and material consumption standards. Experience in purchasing and control of material consumption. Confident PC user, Word skills, Excel, electronic offices (Yasno, Kyivvodokanal, DTEK) — MANDATORY. IV group of admission in electrical safety. High level of self-organization and responsibility. Initiative, readiness to independently solve operational issues.
