We offer:

  • Remuneration based on an employment contract PLN 11,000 - PLN 15,000 gross or B2B PLN 13,000 - PLN 18,000 PLN net + VAT
  • Paid breaks (up to 26 days/year)for B2B contract

  1. You have at least 6 years of overall professional experience. You have worked in positions requiring multitasking, good organization and project work. Good examples of these roles would be Project Manager, Executive Assistant, and Board Advisor.
  2. Regardless of the position, you have experience in the IT industry and you don't have to learn it from scratch
  3. You understand the business and its components very well , you have gained experience in various fields (e.g. elements of sales, operations, finance, law) or you have cooperated with various departments, e.g. as an advisor/consultant. Thanks to this, your general business knowledge is comprehensive and not narrow and specialized.
  4. You have well-developed interpersonal skills , especially those related to communication (written and verbal) and influencing others. You write an email, post or summary to the point, and you build your authority on knowledge and relationships, not your position in the organization. To influence others and achieve results, you do not need to be their superior, it comes naturally to you.
  5. You have an analytical mind and skills , you can create complex reports in Excel or PowerBI, analyze comprehensive data, draw accurate conclusions and present them further. experience in finance is welcome.
  6. You are a problem solver , with hands on attitute, you can ask questions, obtain information, perform searches, close open topics, summarize and report conclusions, you do not need to be reminded or asked twice - you know what to do
  7. Organizing your work and that of others is your middle name. You know the tools, you use their maximum potential, you know how valuable time is, you prioritize, optimize and improve
  8. 'You are not afraid of any work' - both calendar management, notes from the meeting, as well as the strategic project, are neither below nor above your aspirations and capabilities
  9. You address issues very wellafter MS Office (especially Excel), project management tools (such as Asana, Jira, Trello), you have an eye and can quickly create a visually attractive presentation in PP - this is our minimum, all other tools and being tech savvy will be an additional advantage
  10. Experience in effectively planning and carrying out initiatives that impact the entire organization will be a great advantage
  11. To be effective in this position, it is necessary to have a minimum knowledge of English . at C1 level
  12. Experience in international cooperation (with clients, partners, suppliers, internally in the organization, etc.) will be your great advantage. Especially experience from the US market.
  13. Who are we looking for?

    We are looking for an experienced multitasker who will support our CEO in his daily tasks and unblock all bottlenecks and blockers, thus improving the work of the entire company.
    As Chief of Staff, you will work very independently and on many different levels. As a shadow CEO, you will have extensive access to knowledge about the work of each of our departments, as well as a very large and multi-threaded impact on the business and the decisions we make.
    You will not manage a team, but support the CEO and work side by side with the Strategic Team. Your tasks will have a wide spectrum, from simple ones such as managing the CEO's calendar, to complex ones such as independently managing various internal, strategic projects.

    This is a task for a person with considerable experience, business sense and excellent analytical and interpersonal skills.
