OPERATING DIRECTOR (COO)


An international retail chain of coffee shops is looking for a Director of Operations to manage and scale its business in Europe.

Requirements:
- Mandatory knowledge of European jurisdiction
- English language required (working level)
- Proven experience in operational management in retail / food business in Europe
- Age from 30 years
- Full time

Responsibilities:
- Operational management of the company
- Control of key indicators of all departments
- Ensuring well-coordinated work of teams and coordination of departments
- Organization and control of work with personnel
- Quality control of the product and network standards
- Description, implementation and optimization business processes
- Implementation of strategic objectives set by the General Director

Conditions:
- Salary: €10,000 + bonus system
