Your tasks in this position: Develop and implement a marketing strategy; Execute and control marketing plans; Plan and control the execution of marketing budgets; Conduct market, supplier, competitor and CA analysis; Develop and implement effective advertising and PR campaigns, their analytics and optimization; Develop SMM strategies and monitor their implementation; Create content plans for social networks and advertising platforms, generate new ideas, formats and content headings; Develop and implement trade marketing incentive programs sales in sales channels, evaluating their effectiveness; Plan trade marketing actions: draw up schedules and manage newsletters; Develop layout and merchandising standards at trading points of the company's own brands; Monitor the implementation of the content plan on various platforms (website, TikTok, Instagram); Communicate with the team and monitor the work of content managers, creatives; Search and select contractors, where necessary, monitor their work and KPI implementation; Cooperate with influencers: engagement, communication, evaluation of cooperation results; Conduct advertising campaign analytics and adjust strategies; Lead reporting on your work.
