In connection with the opening of a vacancy for an existing position, we invite to the team a Chief Marketing Officer, who will take responsibility for the further development and systematization of the marketing direction BIOTUS.

Your key tasks

• Development and implementation 700">marketing strategy at the local, regional and national levels
• Formation and control of the marketing budget
• Development and promotion of own brands (VTM) in Ukraine and abroad
• Launch of new TM and bringing products to the market
• Building and scaling channels for attracting new customers
• Analyzing the effectiveness of marketing channels and making decisions based on data
• Developing and implementing PR, advertising and creative campaigns
• Working with bloggers and opinion leaders
• Managing brand reputation in social networks
• Formation of a positive image of the company
• Coordination of Digital direction and development of online sales together with the project team
• Close interaction with other company departments
• Analysis of the market and competitive environment
• Participation in exhibitions, preparation brand materials, creating a brand book
• Preparation of monthly reports and analytics

You are exactly our candidate if

• You have from 5 years of experience in marketing and from 2 years of team management
• You have experience in the direction of the retail network, B2B direction,E-Commerce
• Created a marketing strategy and budget from from scratch
• Have experience in promoting VTM and evaluations of their effectiveness
• Worked with export and introduction of brands outside of Ukraine
• You are well versed in SEO, PPC, Analytics, SMM, digital and strategic marketing
• Open to new ideas and constantly looking for opportunities for growth
• Able to work in multitasking and structuring processes
• You have strong analytical and strategic thinking
• Demanding to yourself and the team
• You know how to conquer peaks together with the team, not independently
