Our project is expanding, and we are looking for new talents. We need a  Chief Marketing Officer who will be responsible for the complete management of the marketing function.

Top 3 Key Focuses:

1. Increasing traffic and the number of Everad partners;
2. Promoting the Everad brand and enhancing itsloyalty;
3. Ensuring the marketing team achieves KPIs.

Your Responsibilities:

• Create and implement Everad’s marketing strategy;
• Develop effective and clear client (partner) acquisition funnels in line with business goals;
• Analyze traffic metrics and partner numbers, and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing activities;
• Improve brand strength and increase loyalty among the target audience;
• Ensure brand communication with the target audience;
• PR and brand promotion: interact with thematic media (forums, online portals, Telegram channels, blogs), generate newsworthy events, and find and generate ideas;
• Represent the company at conferences, meetups, and other public events;
• Manage the marketing team — a strong leader who knows how to properly allocate team resources, delegate, and motivate the team.

We Expect From You:

• Understanding of the traffic arbitration market and CPA networks;
• Practical experience working as a CMO (Head of Marketing);
• English at Upper-Intermediate level or higher;
• Experience in developing and implementing comprehensive marketing strategies;
• Ability to analyze marketing activity metrics and optimize them considering business goals;
• Experience managing a marketing team.
