Asaresult ofour growth, weare inviting Chief Marketing Officer tojoin our team. Role Objective: Develop, implement, and manage aninternational marketing strategy across all company regions within the approved company development strategy. Responsibilities: Marketing Strategy: Develop and execute the global marketing strategy across company markets. Create and monitor marketing plans, initiatives, and projects within the company strategy. Achieve key business indicators: revenue and market share. Manage the marketing budget effectively. Lead international marketing team, fostering growth and development. Implement real-time reporting for anaccurate marketing performance overview. Marketing Mix: Place: Develop and adapt policies for local markets. Participate innew market entry decisions and research. Promotion: Implement multi-channel product promotion strategies. Enhance channel efficiency. Develop and implement product positioning policies. Public &Government Relationships: Develop external marketing communication policies. Manage brand image and reputation. WeAppreciate: The right candidate will possess adiverse range ofexperiences, skills, and competencies, including but not limitedto: Experience: Experience within international companies. Minimum 2years inIT companies. Digital technology experience and research. Education &Knowledge: Marketing, finance, ormanagement degree. International MBA orrelevant certifications are aplus. Proficient inEnglish. Skills: Remote team leadership. Financial management and budgeting. Goal setting, KPI/OKR, and performance assessment. Professional communication and presentation. Personal Qualities: Strong leadership. Forward-thinking. Proactive and initiative-driven. The balance between strategic and tactical focus. Business intuition and intelligence.
