Main responsibilities Marketing development in a company with 0; Conducting marketing research; Building and monitoring the work of the marketing department; Formation and implementation of marketing strategy Construction and implementation of company development plans Conducting marketing research: analysis of market trends, sales dynamics, price policy, consumer behavior, competitive environment, development of recommendations; Budgeting of marketing activities; Development and implementation of tactical marketing activities; Setting KPIs, monitoring their achievement, analysis of results; Development of the marketing department; Attracting new leads. Requirements for candidates Higher education in the field of marketing; Knowledge and experience in the field of marketing research of market niches; Experience in the development and implementation of tactical marketing activities; Experience in project management, including as a product owner; Experience in working with SMM Specialist, will be an advantage. Additional requirements Experience of participating in the development (independent development) of the company's marketing strategy (B2B, B2C); Analytical thinking; High level of communication skills; Results orientation; Systematic approach and attention to details.
