We have been working on the Ukrainian market since 2017 and produce modern, technological and efficient equipment used to protect military, civil and critical infrastructure facilities. We are looking for the best Chief Marketing Officer in the team.

Area of ​​responsibility:

1. Creation, implementation of marketing strategy;
2. Development and implementation of communication strategy, content marketing management;
3. Creation, approval and monitoring of marketing budgets;
4. Development and implementation of effective advertising and PR campaigns, their analysis and optimization;
5. Determining the key features of the brand and creating strategies for its positioning;
6. Development of the personal brand of the CEO of the company;
7. Management of relations with the media, partners, influencers;
8. Team management and development;
9. Market analysis: consumer demand, competitor activity, product portfolio;
10. Participation in international exhibitions, forums, conferences.

Our candidate:

1. Proven work experience in a relevant position of 2 years or more and the presence of successful cases;
2. Experience working in a marketing agency, managing various projects, will be an advantage;
3. Proficiency in English at the Upper Intermediate+ level;
4. Strategic marketing and business planning skills, budgeting;
5. High communication and presentation skills;
6. Ability to think in categories of business efficiency, work with large amounts of information, calculate commercial efficiency of marketing activities;
7. Experience in effective team management;
8. Proactivity and initiative.
