Smart Project is a leading product brand with full cycle of development.

At the moment, we have more than 30 completed projects on our account.

We are currently looking for a Chief Marketing Officer , who in his experience combines the presence of applied skills in the purchase of traffic and a global vision in the promotion of the company's games.

Work with well-established processes on a flagship project and challenges in promoting new games await you. And experience in team management will help build effective work within your department.

We expect you to have :

- 5+ years of experience in management positions in digital marketing

—3+ years of experience in product companies

—Experience with advertising monetization

—Experience in the Casual Games niche.

- Experience working with a marketing budget

- Excellent organizational and time management skills

- Successful experience of winning positions in a competitive market

- Strong analytical skills and experience working with data (finding and identifying patterns and building models to improve Customer Acquisition and LTV)

- Leadership skills, high level of emotional intelligence, desire to share your experience with others

Key Tasks for Specialist :

—Responsible for Revenue, ROI, LTV, and Traffic KPIs

—Management direction of attraction in the company: Media Buying, ASO

—Long-term and short-term traffic attraction strategy

—Solutions for team development, mentoring, hiring, motivation
