Chief marketer in FARM HELPER, TM

We are looking for an experienced full-time marketer to create and manage the marketing department and build system work with all segments of the target audience.

• Have successful, proven work experience of at least 3 years;
• Experience of working with marketplaces
• Experience of strategic planning in marketing, setting goals and their measurement;
• Knowledge of the basics of lead generation (targeted advertising), experience in all areas of Internet advertising.
• Ready to perform operational tasks independently - with your own hands;

• Independently determine priority tasks and you take the initiative in work, and do not wait for the task to fall from above;

What will need to be done:

• Creating a marketing strategy, in particular. defining goals and tasks, positioning, planning actions and deadlines for their achievement;
• Managing the in-house team, setting tasks for outsourcers (agencies);
• Responsible for creating content on the company's websites/landings .
• Research and analysis of the sales market, as well as the definition of promising consumer segments;
• Media planning and budgeting;
• Planning and implementation of communication programs for promotion and interaction with consumers;
• Content marketing;
• Working with contextual advertising;
• Working with targeted advertising
• Data analysis using analytics services;
