Main duties:

• Technological support of product registration processes
• Analysis of the current process, detection and correction of incorrect operation of the process for submitted loan applications
• Issuing technical tasks to developers to refine the process and create new processes
• Communicating with support lines on launch issues new process, working out issues that arise from clients or employees when issuing credit products

Basic requirements:

• Higher education
• 3+ years of work in a financial institution or IT company
• Experience in describing technical processes
• Experience formation of technical tasks
• Basic knowledge of the credit process
• High communication skills
• Knowledge of business Ukrainian language
• Knowledge of English at the level Intermediate
• Ability to systematize and analyze disparate streams of information

Would be an advantage:

• Experience in product implementation from the process technology side
• Availability of business analyst course completion certificates
