The chief manager for the analysis of credit projects for crediting customers in the agricultural sector in PrivatBank

Main responsibilities:

• Timeliness and the quality of examination of credit projects during application review, including with the involvement of a group of Management specialists
• Writing a credit proposal based on applications from customers of medium and corporate businesses with the provision of an in-depth analysis of project risks - business risks, industry risks, market risks, financial state risks, transactional risks, calculates financial indicators (including NPV, DSCR, IRR, DSRA depending on the project)
• Analysis of forecast cash-flow and its stress testing (if necessary, depending on the loan project),
• Preparation of analytical conclusions regarding the possibility of financing a credit project
• Responsibility for the quality of project analysis and prepared materials, including loan proposal and their protection before the collegial bodies of the Bank;
• Support and control of the preparation of loan proposals for financing projects of customers of medium and corporate businesses
• Coordination of the preparation of materials on loan projects for the Credit Committee, the Board , the Supervisory Board, including in English

Basic requirements:

• Higher education in "Economics", "Management", "Jurisprudence", "Finance and credit", "Banking" or related specialties .
• 3+ years of work experience in banks with foreign capital in risk/business divisions
• 5+ years of work experience in a bank or financial institution in relevant positions, namely: chief specialist/ analyst / specialist of the credit department / underwriting department / risk department, chief specialist / specialist in attracting corporate business customers (legal entities) to credit;
• 3+ years of practical experience in project protection at the Credit Committee level and above
• Knowledge of trends and features of the agricultural sector, food processing, food and beverage industries
• Knowledge and skills in writing a loan proposal for a Borrower/group of borrowers, including in English and protection of credit projects at collegial bodies of the bank, including in English
• Perfect knowledge of the main approaches to Finnishns analysis of legal entities, including clients of corporate business, sole proprietorships, groups of enterprises, formulas for calculating coefficients characterizing the financial condition (including forecast indicators)
• Knowledge of the basics of the business of clients - legal entities, the specifics of lending to clients , which are part of the Group of related counterparties or the Group under joint control;
• Skills in building, analyzing and stress-testing forecast cash-flow, structuring credit projects
• Proficiency in English at the level (Intermediate — B1)
