The CLO will be responsible for leading all aspects of the firm's lending business, including origination, underwriting, closing, servicing, and asset management. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of originating and managing large-scale lending operations with a focus on providing exceptional service to borrowers and investors. Key Responsibilities:- Lead the firm's lending business to achieve annual origination target of $1.5 billion- Oversee all lending operations, including transaction management, closing, and servicing- Manage relationships with key borrowers, investors, and capital markets partners- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and maintain a strong risk management framework- Build and lead a high-performing team across origination, underwriting, servicing, and asset managementRequirements:- Extensive experience leading a direct lending platform with $2+ billion in annual originations- Deep expertise in real estate finance, with a focus on development, construction, and bridge lending- Strong knowledge of capital markets and experience with loan syndications and securitizations- Outstanding leadership and strategic thinking abilities- MBA or advanced degree in real estate, finance, or related field preferredThe Chief Lending Officer will report directly to the CEO and serve as a key member of the executive leadership team.
