Our expectations from the candidate:

• To provide legal assistance to the structural units of the Company in matters of contractual work;
• Develop and participate in the development of draft contracts;
• Provide explanations, prepare answers to letters within the department's competence;
• Review and elaboration, legal evaluation and recommendations on bringing draft contracts and other documents, etc., into compliance with the legislation of Ukraine;
• Participation in the development of draft contracts.

You are suitable if you have:

• Complete higher legal education;
• From 1.5 years of legal experience;
• Working with a PC (MS Office, Outlook Express, Internet);
• Ukrainian (fluent), English at a level no lower than average (Intermediate).
