Chief IT specialist (iCase administration) in Nacionalne antikorupciyne byuro Ukrayini

The content of the work performed by the position:

• Administration of the pre-trial investigation information and communication system;
• Administration of System users;
• Changing configurations, parameters, System settings; diagnostics and elimination of problems/failures in its operation;
• Installation, configuration and testing of System updates;
• Technical support of System users in person, by phone and in online chats;
• Consulting IT users of the National Bureau on the use of the System;
• Providing suggestions for improving and improving the System's operation;
• Controlling the relevance of the System configurations in terms of the validity period of licenses, keys and certificates;
• Preparation of reports on the current state and performance of the System. Search and localization of the causes of malfunctions in the System on the basis of the received data;
• Backup and control of the availability and relevance of copies of virtual machines and instances of the System DB;
• Maintenance of the System directories and filling of the knowledge base about it work;
• Creation of instructions/presentations and training materials regarding the operation of the System;
• Participation in ensuring the development of the System in accordance with the strategic goals and objectives of the National Bureau.

• Skills in deploying and configuring microservice architecture tools (Nginx, Ingress, Docker, Kubernetes, Consul/Vault);
• Skills working with monitoring tools (ELK);
• Experience working with RabbitMQ queues;
• Familiarity with Angular / jQuery;
• Experience debugging web applications using browser tools;< /li>
• Knowledge of the Java ecosystem as a whole and 1) programming skills (will be an advantage) 2) knowledge of the Spring Framework technology 3) experience in integrating Java applications with third-party software (for example, exporting generated documents to pdf using third-party libraries).
• Sure knowledge and skills of administration of Windows operating systems;
• Skills of administration of Linux operating systems;
• Ability to diagnose errors of information systems, hardware, software, network malfunctions;
• Knowledge of the basics of information security, the operation of antivirus systems;
• Understanding the principles of cryptographic information protection (PKI skills will be an advantage);
• Basic knowledge of server and network technologies;
• Basic knowledge and skills in the field of DBMS (experience with Postgres will be an advantage);
• Basic knowledge of virtualization technologies.
