Chief international lawyer in Rif Bar

Job description We are looking for a qualified and experienced international lawyer for our company with international activities. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing legal advice, maintaining legal documentation and ensuring compliance with international norms and legislation. Responsibilities: Providing legal advice on international law, trade, investment and other issues related to the company's international activities. Development and management legal documentation, including contracts, agreements, licenses and other documents. Cooperation with other legal and company departments to resolve legal issues arising in connection with international activities. Study and analysis of international legislation and conduct calculations in accordance with requirements. Requirements: Higher legal education, in-depth knowledge of international law. Experience of working in a similar position for at least 3 years, ability to solve complex legal issues. High level of command of the English language (written and spoken).
