< b> A group of companies ( milltech development and production) announces a competition to fill a vacancy Chief Information Security Officer.

You are expected to build all processes almost from scratch.

We reserve 100% of conscripted employees (it is important to have updated documents).

Your potential tasks:

• writing and implementing documented information security policies;
• access control to the company's information system and network;
• implementation of corporate security systems;
• adaptation of existing systems and tools to solve security problems within the framework of procedures.
• organization of information security monitoring and notification;
• conducting internal audits and investigations;
• automation of security processes;
• information security risk management;
• information and analytical support of the security department;
• writing requirements and analysis of proposals for the reconstruction of the security system of the information system.

Our expectations regarding experience and skills:

• higher technical education + additional education in the field of information technology (will be an advantage);
• knowledge of the architecture and access control mechanisms and security policies of MS Office365;
• work experience in a similar position (preferably CISO, but we also consider talented engineers without management experience);
• understanding of information security standards and best practices;
• understanding the MITER ATT&CK model, SVE, CWE vulnerability libraries;
• understanding of the "Zero Trust" security architecture, the "Defense in Depth" concept;
• experience with Open Source products such as SIEM & EDR Wazuh (will be an advantage);
• the ability to adapt existing products and tools to solve security problems;
• programming/scripting to improve or adapt existing statistical data for better analysis;
