Requirements

• 3+ years of proven experience as CIO or similar managerial role
• Excellent knowledge of IT systems and infrastructure
• Background in designing/developing IT systems and infrastructure, and planning infrastructure building and IT implementation
• Solid understanding of data analysis, budgeting and business operations
• Experience and skills to build and maintain High Available systems
• Superior analytical and problem-solving capabilities
• A strong strategic and business mindset
• BSc/BA in computer science, engineering or relevant field; MSc/MA will be preferred
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities

Will be plus

• 5+ years of experience on DevOps Team Lead or Head of DevOps position
• Management of mixture of on-premise and cloud solutions infrastructure
• Proven experience in FinOps establishment and cost optimization

Responsibilities

• Handling the entire Pin-Up Global infrastructure and IT exploitation with their constant development and optimization.
• Managing all the infrastructure teams in Pin-Up Global — direct management of Internal Infrastructure and Global Infrastructure teams, and indirect management of  Pin-Up.Tech Infrastructure team (Functional Manager of  Pin-Up.Tech IT Director).
• Providing infrastructure for operating IT products, services and facilities, as well as for their creation and modification
• Ensuring the availability and operational efficiency of IT products and solutions based on the required SLOs and SLAs
• Ensuring compliance and legal requirements for operational and exploitation IT activities
• Providing mechanisms and channels for effective interaction/cooperation of various technical solutions in the area of interest, including incoming new IT projects for onboarding
• Managing the operating cost of technical solutions — monitoring of costs, segmenting and setting limits, increasing the efficiency of the operating budget
• Management of the operational structural unit — formation of teams, their development, optimization and, if necessary, disposal
• Negotiating with existing and potential infrastructure providers (cloud, on-premise etc.), software solutions providers (VPN, Atlassian, gitlab etc.) and other IT products and services providers; selecting the optimal ones, optimizing delivery conditions and increasing their efficiency, using all kinds of discounts and other cost saving approaches
• Constant search for solutions for more efficient operational activities in the broad sense of the word based on the business value of its results
• Consistent training and best practices to all participants of the Global infrastructure team
• Ensuring the safety of operational activities from a technical point of view (together with security and cyber security departments)
• Providing hight standards of internal infrastructure
• Representation of the company/ecosystem at conferences and exhibitions from the IT operational side
