Main requirements

• Experience as CIO/CTO or similar managerial role 3+ years (experience as CIO in fintech will be a plus)
• Excellent knowledge of cloud IT systems and infrastructure based on web-API services and relational databases
• Background in designing/developing IT systems and planning IT implementation both from the scratch and in existing running environment
• Strong practical skills in business processes analysis, optimization and automatization along multiple company departments
• Experience in managing development, QA, DEV/ITops teams using lean methodologies, understanding strengths and weaknesses of different approaches
• Understanding basic security standards for critical infrastructures like OWASP, CIS, NIS, PCI DSS or any relevant
• Experience in incident management (security and regular), monitoring, reservation, accessibility and SL ensuring
• A strong strategic and business mindset, and goal-setting skills
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills, relationship building and team development skills
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
• Knowledge of English — Advanced/Fluent

Responsibilities

• Developing and implementing an organization’s entire IT strategy, managing corresponding budgets
• Selecting and implementing suitable technology to streamline all internal operations and help optimize their strategic benefits
• Ensuring design and customization of technological systems and platforms to improve customer experience
• Plan the implementation of new systems and provide guidance to IT professionals and other staff within the organization
• Direct and organize IT-related projects, ensuring efficient performance of IT department
• Monitor changes or advancements in technology to discover ways the company can gain competitive advantage
• Analyze the costs, value and risks of information technology to advise management and suggest actions
