Key tasks:

• Managing the entire IT function of the company: infrastructure, development, support, cyber security, integrations.
• Support management and refactoring of key systems
• Development and implementation of an IT strategy aligned with HERZ business goals.
• Ensuring smooth operation of IT services, SLA and incident management.
• Formation of a strong and effective team: selection, motivation, development of L&D direction.
• Interaction with contractors, quality control of their services.

 Who we are looking for:

• Experience in IT management at the level of a company or a large division of 5 years (preferably FinTech).
• Deep understanding of the architecture of IT systems: from servers and networks to APIs and services.
• Education in technical engineering.
• Practical implementation experience and development: BI, CRM, ERP, information security.
• Experience in IT process transformation (DevOps, Agile/Scrum).
• Ability to work at the interface of business and technology: communication with management, owner, contractors.
• Strategic thinking and the ability to work with a large number of tasks.
• Understanding modern architectures, patterns - anti-patterns.
• Ability to work with teams within a given budget.
• Ability to build processes.
