• complete higher education
• experience in a managerial position for at least 5 years
• knowledge of directions for the development of the field of geology and exploration natural resources, organization of production, labor and management; technologies of works on capital repair of wells and requirements for the quality of their implementation; economy of mineral raw materials and capital repair works; procedures for designing, planning and financing well repair works; the procedure for submitting and approving geological reports with additional mineral extraction; types of technological equipment and the rules of its technical operation, knowledge and compliance with regulatory and legal acts
• confident PC user: the entire Microsoft Office and SAP package

Basic functional duties responsibilities:       

• manages the organization and conduct of a comprehensive study of the composition of the earth's subsoil in the established territory, draws up perspective plans-graphs of capital and ongoing repair of wells
• participates in development of annual and prospective plans for additional production of gas, gas condensate and oil, geological and technical measures, as well as work plans for intensification of gas, gas condensate and oil production, capital and underground repair of wells
• participates in works , which are carried out by geophysical organizations
• participates together with scientific research institutes in the preparation of geological justifications for plugging wells before overhaul
• participates in the acceptance of wells in overhaul, controls the quality of geological documentation on wells
• implements new measures aimed at improving production conditions, increasing gas and oil condensate return coefficients, improves work methods
