Chief Financial Officer in Shh.group

The ideal candidate will be responsible for financial strategy, financial planning and analysis, financial reports, company audits, compliance, and bank relationships. They will collaborate with the CEO and the executive team to make decisions regarding company's financial strategy and operations. The candidate will possess a strong background in finance and management.  Qualifications:At least 2 years as a Chief Financial Officer or head of one of the financial departments in a structured company.Skills in process building and business systematization.Knowledge of accounting systems, data analysis, and management skills.Experience in preparing management reports according to IFRS standards.Understanding of cause-and-effect relationships.Understanding of accounting and tax legislation.Strong analytical and financial planning skills.Ability to work with financial information while maintaining confidentiality and ethics.Proficiency in English at B1+ level.Key Responsibilities:Determine and implement the optimal financial-legal model for the company's operations, in compliance with Ukrainian and international legislation and business conditions.Ensure financial operations in domestic and international economic activities, and support export-import contracts.Experience in opening company branches abroad and accounts in international banks.Control all accounting areas and ensure quality document flow by current legislative norms.Oversee accounting reports, including state reporting.Inform management about the company's performance results.Conduct internal audits and control.Would be a plus:Experience in E-commerce, AdTech, FinTech, and Affiliate marketing industries.Experience collaborating with international financial-legal contractors.
