Chief Financial Officer for UA entity

Ark Robotics is looking for a senior finance professional to fully establish its local finance function.

Responsibilities

• Financial Management: oversee all financial operations including budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and financial reporting
• Financial Strategy & Planning: develop and implement financial strategies to support the company’s short-term and long-term growth objectives
• Compliance & Risk Management: ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and manage financial risks

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in FP&A, investment banking, and management consulting (experience in Big 4, FMCG, and Retail will be a plus)
• Prior experience as a CFO is a plus but not required
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field
• Fluent English
• Experience in working with UA shareholders and governmental contracts
• Hands-on, excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience in the defense/hardware/manufacturing industry will be a plus
• Experience with startups and understanding of venture capital is a plus

We started by building a simple ground UGV that is already being used by Ukrainian Special Forces. Now, we are building end-to-end system to deploy and pilot multiple robots at scale.
