Due to scaling, we are currently looking for a Chief Financial Officer who is ready to grow with us and will work on implementing new approaches in working with finance to optimize the company's business processes.

✅Key tasks:

1) Financial planning and analysis: Development of strategic financial plans , forecasting of income and expenses, analysis of financial efficiency of projects.

2) Financial Management: Managing day-to-day financial activities, including liquidity management, budgeting and cost optimization.

3) Strategic planning and risk analysis: Assessment of financial risks, development of risk minimization strategies and ensuring the financial stability of the company.

4) Team management: Training, leading and motivating financial staff, ensuring effective communication within the team.

- Experience in the position of Chief Financial Officer or similar duties from 3 years

- Full mastery of Google Sheets, Microsoft Office, Tableau (or Power BI )

— Existing experience of working on a remote basis
