In connection with the scaling of one of the partner projects, we are looking for a Chief Financial Officer< /strong> who will manage the full financial function, build and optimize financial processes.
What we expect from you:
< p>— Experience of working in a similar position for 2+ years.— Experience in the international circuit.
— Experience of working with various payment methods.
— Experience of construction safe and efficient financial infrastructure.
— In-depth knowledge of corporate financial law and risk management practices.
— Experience with ERP systems.
— Availability of international certifications (ACCA, CFA etc.) will be a plus.
Responsibilities:
- Participate at the top management level in building the company's overall strategy.
— Build, monitor and optimize business processes within the financial unit and cross-functionally.
— Manage a team of 15+ people.
— Control over the company's liquidity to ensure the sufficiency of working capital.
— Preparation of a full package of management reporting (PL, CF, BS) and its automation.
— Manage the budgeting and treasury process.< /p>
— Manage the direction of tax planning and accounting of companies in international jurisdictions.
