Chief Financial Officer (CFO) in BGS REYL, TOV

BGS RAIL LLC, a railway transportation company, is looking for a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement the company’s financial strategy
• Budgeting, financial planning, and monitoring budget execution
• Manage cash flow, liquidity, and financial risks
• Prepare reporting for the parent company according to international standards
• Consolidate financial statements for the group of companies
• Conduct financial analysis of route, contract, and tariff profitability
• Control transportation costs (railcars, repairs, etc.)
• Manage the finance department and accounting team
• Prepare management reports for owners and top management
• Liaise with banks, investors, auditors, and insurance companies
• Support credit, leasing, and investment programs (railcars, equipment)
• Monitor financial compliance of contracts with clients and contractors
• Optimize financial processes and implement financial KPIs

Requirements:

• At least 5 years of experience in senior financial positions (CFO, Deputy CFO)
• Experience in international companies or holding groups with a complex structure (logistics, export/import, branches in other countries)
• Experience in Big 4 companies is a plus
• Excellent knowledge of local accounting standards and IFRS
• Ability to consolidate group financial statements
• Tax planning: understanding of international taxation, transfer pricing rules, and double taxation avoidance
• Cash flow management: experience with foreign currency operations, liquidity control, and currency risk hedging
• IT skills: advanced Excel, proficient in BAS ERP systems, OneStream
• English language proficiency – minimum B2
