Chief Financial Officer (CFO) in CLUST

CLUST is an ecosystem for the growth of IT products. We work as a venture builder. We support founders at all stages of development: from the validation of the startup idea to the scaling up of the company to global markets. Due to the scaling up of one of the partner projects, we are looking for a Chief Financial Officer who will manage the full financial function, build and optimize financial processes. What we expect from you: —Experience of working in a similar position for 2+ years.—Experience in the international circuit.—Experience of working with different payment methods.—Experience of building a safe and efficient financial infrastructure. —Deep knowledge of corporate financial law and risk management practices.—Experience of working with ERP systems.—Availability of international certifications (ACCA, CFA, etc.)—will be a plus. and optimize business processes within the financial unit and cross-functional.—Manage a team of 10+ people.—Control the company's liquidity to ensure the sufficiency of working capital.—Preparation of a full package of management reporting (PL, CF, BS) and its automation.—Manage the budgeting process and treasury.— Manage the direction of tax planning and accounting of companies in international jurisdictions. —Competitive salary. — The ability to manage the entire financial function and directly influence business indicators. — Paid vacations, sick leave and additional financial motivation to celebrate family holidays and important events for you. — Corporate English classes.
