Main duties:
- Financial planning and analysis: Development and analysis of the financial plan of the company and individual areas of activity.
- Budgeting: Writing budgets, forecasts, long-term and short-term financial plans.
- Reporting: Timely preparation of financial management reports for the CEO (Cash Flow, P&L, Balance Sheet, Working Capital, etc.)
- Analysis: b> Analysis of financial indicators and performance ratios of the company.
- Recommendations: Preparation of comments and recommendations for the CEO regarding management decisions to improve financial performance.
- Monitoring: Comparison of actual financial results with budget indicators, analysis of deviations and reasons.
- Optimization: Recommendations for optimizing company costs.
- Tax strategy: Development of a strategy to optimize tax obligations in different countries.
- Risk management: Determination and management of financial risks (currency, investment, credit risks).
- Assets and liabilities: Monitoring and management of current assets and liabilities.
- Competitive analysis: Studying the competitive environment and preparing competitive advantage strategies.
- Investments: Selection and management of investment projects.
- Communication: Establishing and maintaining relationships with banks, payment partners and financial institutions.
- Cooperation: Interaction with the Head of Accounting to optimize financial activities and reporting.
- Team: Effective communication and interaction with other departments of the company, management and motivation of the finance department.
Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum of 10 years of progressive financial experience, of which at least 3 years in a management position, preferably in e-com, marketing, adtech, IT niches.
- Knowledge of standards: Deep understanding of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).
- Financial Management: Proven track record of managing financial operations, planning and analysis in fast-growing international organizations.
- Financial legislation: In-depth knowledge of financial legislation, accounting principles (international standards) and risk management practices.
- Payment systems: Skills of working with various payment systems.
- Corporate Law: Strong knowledge of corporate financial law and risk management practices.
- Tax legislation: Understanding the principles of tax legislation of different countries.
- Software: Knowledge of financial software and tools (Quickbooks, 1C, Excel).
- Oof the world: MBA education will be an advantage.
- International experience: Experience working with foreign legal entities.
- Analytical Skills: Exceptional analytical, strategic thinking and problem solving skills.
- Communication: Excellent communication and presentation skills, with a proven track record of working effectively with executive management and cross-functional teams.
- Personal qualities: High level of integrity, professionalism and discretion.
- Languages: English at the Upper-Intermediate+ level.
