Chief Financial Officer in Elopak-Fastiv, PrAT

We build and maintain trust of one another, our customers, business partners and communities where we operate by working responsibly and safely, caring for environment, acting with integrity, treating others with respect and honoring our commitments.Key responsibilities: Take part in implementation of financial strategies and policies that align with company objectives, ensuring long-term financial health and a competitive advantageLead, manage and control 7 directly subordinate employees in the Finance, Accounting and TreasuryResponsible for the month-end and year-end closing processes. Monthly and annual IFRS reports to HeadquarterResponsible for Preparation of budgets and variance analysis. Ensure adherence to budgetary goalsAutomation and optimization of processes in SAP and other IT toolsEstablish and maintain internal controls and processesFinancial Reporting: Facilitate preparation of accurate all financial & tax reports (statutory IFRS reports, Income Tax reports, VAT, Transfer price reports)Payments control & Cash flow planningResponsible for yearly external finance auditsKey experience and knowledge:Bachelor’s or master’s degree in financeExperience in international companies as finance controller or finance manager more 3 years (production a plus)Manage a team more 2 peopleIFRS SAP experience will be advantageExcel — advanced user (Pivot tables, VLOOKUP and others)Standard costing knowledge will be a plusKnowledge of Ukrainian Tax legislation English — upper intermediate Variance analysis knowledge (bridge)ACCA, CIMA or other professional certificate will be a plus Communication skills and learning-oriented personWe offer:Comfortable and safe officeCompetitive level of salary + bonus systemHealth insuranceCompany car, phone, laptopPossibility of personal and professional development in international enviroment
