Because who, if not us? What to do? Preparation of the fund's annual budget. Monitor the implementation of financial plans and annual budgets for each fund project and applications. Maintain reporting structure, financial and economic analysis and budget control. Determine and consider financial opportunities and risks for the fund. Manage the development and monitoring of cash flows. (monthly) Communication with tax consultants and accountants Manage the fund's financial discipline standards Holding personal meetings with project managers to monitor the status Update of internal regulations, manuals, rules Analysis of conflict situations with subsequent adjustment of processes for their prevention What is required?
