Your mission at Citrus

Become a proactive business partner that does not simply reports on the past and projects the future. Your task is to make finances invisible to the client and transparent to the business.

Key areas of responsibility:

1. Strategy:

• Participation in the formation of the network and online platform development strategy.

• Financial evaluation of new projects, investments in opening stores and IT products.

• Cutting off "budget eaters" in favor of initiatives with real value.

2. Payment revolution:

• Reduce the time of checkout: online, offline, pay by phone - everything should fly.

• Optimization of acquiring online/offline scenarios.

3. Financial Management:

• P&L, Cash Flow and Balance Sheet Management; budgeting and forecasting.

• Working capital management: inventory control and receivables.

• Formation of management reporting (asap after the end of the period).

4. Banking & Compliance:

• Attracting financing, credit portfolio management and negotiations with banks.

• Control of tax planning and interaction with regulatory bodies.

• Company preparation for external audit and ensuring process transparency.

5. Team and processes:

• Management and development of the finance department (turning it into a business partner for the business).

• Organization of data (BAS, BI-systems) and real-time automation of dashboards.

What we expect from you:

• Experience: from 3 years in the position of CFO in retail, B2C or companies with a billion turnover.

• Expertise: strong financial modeling and understanding of retail specifics.

• Mindset: you look at acquiring or billing not as a posting, but as part of the customer journey.

• Courage: readiness for rapid iterations and responsibility for mistakes. You are not afraid of big numbers and high speed.
