Mission for the role:Ensure the financial stability and operational efficiency of the company through the construction of the financial function. 

Requirements:

  • 8+ years in finance, of which 3+ years in a management role (CFO / Finance Director).
  • Experience in international multi-entity structures: EU (must have), LATAM, Asia, USA.
  • Experience in building or restarting a systemic financial function: accounting, treasury, financial control, budgeting, reporting.
  • Experience of transformations and automation of financial processes: optimization, ERP/BI, building data discipline and regular reporting.
  • Experience of working with payment systems and cryptocurrencies as a financial instrument.
  • Cross-functional interaction: ability to build financial processes together with other departments (operations, sales, product, legal etc.).

Knowledge:

  • IFRS / GAAP - preparation and analysis of statements.
  • International taxation: direct and indirect taxes, basic principles of compliance in different jurisdictions.
  • Understanding the financial and legal structure of the group: work with several jurisdictions and rules of interaction between companies (intercompany operations).
  • Analytics and automation tools: BI (Tableau), ERP, CRM (1C, Zoho).

  • Main duties:

    • Development and implementation of the company's financial strategy.
    • FP&A: budgeting, plan/fact analysis, factor analysis.
    • Ensuring a stable management process reporting and data transparency.
    • Update of international accounting and external reporting processes.
    • Modernization of the treasury function: cash-flow, payment discipline, working capital management, interaction with banks and payment providers.
    • Tax planning and ensuring compliance in international jurisdictions (direct and indirect taxes).
    • Risk management and financial control: control procedures, risk management, loss prevention, internal policies and control of their implementation.
    • Transformation of the financial function: reorganization of processes, implementation of ERP, automation of routine processes (RPA/AI).
    • Optimization of the financial and legal structure of the group: multi-entity relationshipody, consolidation, cross-border operations.
